Refund policy

At Nok Jhok, we pour our heart and soul into crafting each product with love and care. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not entirely satisfied with the size or fit of the product.

If you find that the size or fit of your purchased product is not suitable, we offer the option to exchange it for a different size. Please initiate the exchange process by sending an email to nokjhokclothing@gmail.com outlining your concerns and queries. We will gladly assist you with the exchange based on availability.

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or in less than perfect condition, we accept returns and exchanges. Kindly reach out to us via email at nokjhokclothing@gmail.com with accompanying pictures of the damaged product. Upon verification, we will facilitate the return or exchange process.

Please note that the customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping costs in both exchange and return scenarios.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the return or exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure to request a return before sending back the item, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
